Buying & Downloading

How do I get my files after I buy?

Everything is delivered digitally. You get a download link straight after checkout and by email, no waiting on the post for a tattoo brush.

Can I redownload my purchase later?

Yes. Your files stay linked to your order, so you can come back and redownload them if you switch devices or clear up storage.

Can I use what I buy on more than one device?

Once a brush set or model is imported into Procreate, it lives in your Procreate library on that device like any other brush. If you use Procreate on more than one iPad, you can import the same downloaded file on each.

Compatibility & File Formats

Do I need an iPad?

Yes. Procreate only runs on iPadOS, so these tools are built for iPad rather than desktop or Android apps.

Which Procreate version do I need?

Everything is built and tested in the current version of Procreate on iPad. If you are running an older version, update first so brush sets and 3D models import correctly.

What file formats are the brushes and models in?

Brush sets import as native Procreate brush files. 3D models are supplied Procreate-ready so you can drop them straight into the 3D tab. Check each product page for the exact file list before you buy.

Installing A Brush Set

How do I install a Procreate brush set?

Download the file to your iPad, then open it (from the Files app, or straight from your downloads). Procreate opens automatically and adds the new brush set as its own group in your brush library, ready to use straight away.

How do I install a 3D model?

Download the file to your iPad and open it the same way. Procreate adds it to the 3D tab in your canvas, where you can rotate and pose it before you start drawing on top.
